Student development is an alliance of academic education, personal development, nurturing skills and understanding values.

  • Vidhyadaanam: Meeting the basic necessities like books, bags, stationery kits, coloring books, cursive/copywriting books, and slates.
  • Maarga: Development and use of computer-aided materials to enhance the learning abilities and providing a window to the advanced technologies.
  • Uttara: Facilitate and prepare the higher class students for their academic line of interest.
  • Pradarshan: Aid and conduct science fairs with the help of volunteers and other organizations.
  • Prayog: Provide Aid and Development for science and Math labs as learning is better than studying.
  • Vinodam: Conduct and provide sports kits and sports/annual/cultural day celebrations

Vinetra – Teacher Development Programs

It is very essential, especially in rural government schools, to refresh and enhance teachers’ professional skills in order to increase pupil learning and thereby proportional to the school’s development.

Teaching is a continuous activity rather than something that is accomplished once. It needs to be replenished and augmented with time as new and developed methods of learning and teaching are discovered.

  • Srujan: Conduct interactive training programs to the teachers for enhanced exposure and innovative methods of teaching in varied fields ranging from yoga, Vedas to computers and smart-classes.

Vargya – Community Participation
